- Free Shipping in Canada: Customers in Canada also enjoy free shipping on their orders. Customs Duties are excluded.
- Free Shipping in Australia and New Zealand: Customers in Australia, New Zealand enjoy free economy shipping (up to 21 days) for orders over $299 US Dollars. Free Shipping may not combine with other promotions. Not available for all products. Customs Duties are excluded.
- International Shipping: For customers outside of the US and Canada, shipping rates will be calculated during the checkout process. Customs Duties are excluded. We work with a network of international carriers to provide you with the most competitive shipping rates available.
- International shipping coverage: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Greece, Estonia, Cyprus, Croatia, Bulgaria, Norway, Switzerland
Shipping Time: We strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we will provide you with an estimated delivery date during the checkout process.
Packaging: To ensure the safety of your products during shipping, we take extra care in packaging. Our team uses protective materials and cushioning to minimize the risk of breakage. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep and anticipate its arrival.
Shipping Insurance: All orders are insured against damage during shipping. In the rare event that your product arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to initiate a claim. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
